Tapping a High-Value Talent Pool: Veterans and Military Spouses
November 4, 2026
Wednesday 1:00 p.m.-2:00 p.m. ET
Veterans and military spouses are one of today’s most overlooked talent pools. Each year, about 200,000 service members transition to civilian life, and 600,000 active-duty military spouses relocate with their partners, many seeking new jobs. Join us for a candid conversation about hiring from these talent pools and hear from experienced recruiters as well as colleagues who have made their own transition from military life to a civilian career. Together, they’ll share what these candidates bring to the workplace and offer a practical road map for recruiting and hiring veterans and military spouses at your organization.
This program is presented as part of the Travelers Institute’s Forces at Work® initiative, an educational platform to help today’s leaders navigate the shifting dynamics of the modern workplace and prioritize employees and their well-being.
