What’s your organization’s approach to employee mental health and well-being? From stress and burnout to substance abuse disorders, this symposium will address the state of worker mental health and provide a framework for understanding mental health as a continuum. Speakers will share their perspectives on how organizations can proactively work to understand what resources are needed within their organizations to address mental health and how best to connect employees to those resources. They’ll also discuss the latest trends in workers compensation programs and how they fit into the larger picture of employee well-being.
