Are you ready to lead your organization into the future? Amid ongoing change, equip yourself with the insights and strategies to lead your business or organization, advise your clients and customers, and take care of your employees. In this two-part educational symposium, open to business, nonprofit and public sector professionals, we explored economic and public policy trends, as well as insights into employee mental health, wellness and workers compensation.
Session 1: Creating Your Organization’s Action Plan: Prioritizing Mental Health
What’s your approach to promoting mental well-being among your employees? From stress and burnout to substance use disorders, our panel addressed the state of employee mental well-being and provided a framework for understanding mental health as a continuum. Speakers shared their perspectives on how organizations can proactively work to understand what resources are needed within their organizations to address mental health and how best to connect employees to those resources. They also discussed the latest trends in workers compensation programs and how they fit into the larger picture of employee well-being.
